Q: Where are you located?

We are an online-only business. Pick-ups are done at 12340 County Road 18 in Williamsburg, Ontario.

Q: What are your pick-up hours?

We offer porch pick-up for non-plant items at any time. For your plants when the weather is nice, we can place them outside in a sheltered area. During the colder times of the year, our hours are:

Monday-Friday: 5:30-8:30 pm

Saturday-Sunday: 9-8:30 pm

Q: Do you offer shipping?

A: New! Shipping is now available at checkout at a flat rate. 

Q: Do you offer delivery? 

A: Yes!

 

Pick-up is free and available within 24 hours. Message me when you purchase to arrange a time. 

Delivery is $5 within 20 km and $12 when 20-150 km. However, I do offer free delivery to Brinston, Cardinal, Dixons Corners, Iroquois, Johnstown, Morrisburg, Prescott, and Williamsburg. Select Pick-up when checking out and message me to arrange. 

Q: Where do you get your stock from?

A: I grow most of my plants through propagation. Some items are sourced wholesale. I am committed to passing on my savings to you.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Yes! Contact me at plantsfournieryou@gmail.com within 7 days and I will do my best to expedite your request. To be eligible, provide photos of your items and the reason(s) for your request. I am always available to help you troubleshoot.

If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Q: What happens if I don't pick-up my item?

You must pick-up your order within 7 days from the time you are notified your order is ready. If your order is not picked up, you will be refunded 80% of your purchase price. 20% will be retained as a restocking fee. If you would still like to purchase, but are unable to pick up within this timeframe, please contact me.

Q: What do I do if I find pests on my plant? 

Pests happen. I cannot guarantee against pests. I do my best to inspect each and every plant that comes into and goes out of my store. I will refund you if I find pests before your order is picked up. If you find pests within the first seven days of purchase, please contact me for a refund or exchange. Outside of this timeframe, I am happy to help you manage/eradicate your plants of pests.

Q: Why are your prices sometimes more than big box stores?

There are a few different factors at play here. By all means, buy a plant from Walmart. I do! One of the great things about plants is that larger retailers can mass produce some plants and therefore offer them at lower prices. Just know what you may be getting into. Small businesses tend to offer suggestions, help, and customer service. Pests are more common from big box stores and don't come with the same guarantee. Be a smart consumer. My goal is to pass on my savings to you. For this reason, much of my stock is grown from my own mother plants. I am expanding this selection daily.
